With highlands occupying 3/4 of the whole territory, Vietnam is the beautiful home to numerous magnificent waterfalls, and a paradise for adventure holidays in Vietnam. A lot of pristine waterfalls which are still untouched and unspoiled are hide and jungle-covered.
Look at these 3 most wonderful waterfalls, you will have to exclaim: owww!
Ban Gioc waterfall – Cao Bang
Located in the north of Vietnam in Cao Bang province,, with 70 meters high and 300 meters across, Ban Gioc waterfall is the widest – but not the highest – waterfall in the country and also recognized as the world’s fourth biggest cross-border waterfalls, following Niagra (Canada – USA), Victoria (Zambia – Zimbabwe) and Iguazu (Brazil – Argentina).
Pongour waterfall – Da Lat
Pongour Waterfall is located at a deserted area, 50km from Dalat city. Otherwise, taking National Road 20, turning left at the km-post No. 260 (Đức Trọng District), going ahead about 6 kilometers, tourists will reach the eco-tourism site of Pongour Waterfall.
From 40 meters above, the massive water speeds and booms down 7 floors into a big pool, creating sonorous thunder-like sounds, especially in the raining season it is more violent and truculent in fanciful dew.
Silver waterfall – Sapa
Thac Bac lies beside National Highway No 4D, about 12km from Sa Pa Town’s centre. Silver Waterfall is formed by sources of water from the Lo Sui Tong mountain peak. From the distance, the waterfall looks like a white dragon looking down from the sky. Coming here, travelers will sink into the cool weather and extravagant landscape of mountainous surroundings.
