About 76 kilometres from Lao Cai, Bac Ha Market is held on every Sunday from the early morning to 2PM. It is held on every Sunday by Black Tay, Flower Hmong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen tribes.
This is the most famous and biggest market of Sapa. Visit Bac Ha Market, you can buy several products, such as handicrafts, traditional costumes and food. Various tribes are gathering at this market.
Muong Hum Market : This market is one of the least touristic markets in Sapa. It is located in the area of Ban Seo, which is still mostly undiscovered by tourists, giving you an authentic experience of the local hill tribe culture.
