From then on, the name Love is born. From far sight, Love Waterfall looks like a sparkling stream of light.
People ethnic minorities
Sapa ethnicities are quite diverse with the more abundant and colorful groups that inhabit the mountains. Sapa is you will see the main ethnic groups as: H’mong, Dao, Tay, Giay. Every ethnic group in Sapa has its own characteristic costume, a private beauty with customs and practices, but they all have in common is hospitality
Upland markets
Ethnic Markets in Sapa is an special. It is very famous, here you can meet many ethnic minorities such as Flower Hmong, Black Dao, Phu La, Tay, Nung …These markets gather only one time per week and they offer its variety of local products, which could not be found in others areas (Bac Ha market & Muong Hum market on Sundays, Coc Ly market on Tuesdays, Lung Khau Nhin market on Thursdays & Can Cau markets on Saturdays only).
