Traveling Hoi An with International Food Festival 2017 in March next

Following the success of the Hoi An International Food Festival 2016, the second Hoi An International Food Festival will take place from 20-26th March 2017. For one week Hoi An will once again be transformed into a truly international culinary destination. Twelve International Chefs will bring their countries respective cuisines and culture for visitors to explore. The event takes place at the An Hoi Sculpture Garden on Nguyen Phuc Chu every evening from 5pm.

The chefs will be recreating their traditional dishes, showcasing the finest locally sourced Vietnamese ingredients. The festival will give visitors the opportunity to try food from around the world while enjoying a festival atmosphere. We are fortunate to be able to welcome back some of the chefs from the 2016 event as well as new participants from around the world.

Here is a list 12 renowned international chefs will come to The Hoi An International Food Festival 2017. They bringing their food and culture to Hoi An:

1. GEORGE MASTRODIMITRIS

Representing Greece, George will be recreating some of Greece’s most loved dishes at Hai Café.

2. ALAN PAYEN

Alan will bring the exotic flavours of Mauritius to Rice Drum Restaurant.

3. EMRAH KÖKSAL SEZGİN

From Turkey, Emrah will recreate famous Turkish dishes at InFlame Club.

4. GERT KLÖTZKE

Representing Sweden, Gert will showcase some of Sweden’s most well-known dishes at Seafood Garden.

5. GARY FILBEY

Expect the Best of British at Mango Rooms from Chef Gary.

6. IZTOK LEGAT

From Slovenia, Mango Mango is delighted to host the renowned Iztok Legat.

7. MARCO PISTILLO

A true taste of Italy will be brought to Banana Leaf Café by Marco Pistillo.

8. UWE MICHEEL

Chef Uwe will present some traditional German delights at Cargo Club.

9. NIKOLAY BARATOV

Nikolay Baratov brings the flavours of Russia to Vinh Hung Restaurant.

10. ANIL GROVER

Anil will introduce you to a fine selection of spicy Indian dishes at Tam Tam Café.

11. DR CHEF T PABLIS SILVA

The celebrated Sri Lankan Master Chef brings his cuisine to Morning Glory Restaurant.

12. MIKE LEE

Mike will be bringing wonderful French cuisine to Seedlings.
